Youtubers life 2 xbox one free#From here you are given a map, access to the trending hashtags, a free gaming set up and directed to the nearest game shop to pick up your game. When you awake after another ten second loading screen, you will get a call from your new manager who has bought you a Honey Play Studios ONE (PS1) for some reason and a new game. After you have done one of these things, a big black heart will appear above their heads filling up with red dots as their "Love" for you grows." My annoyance with this game and what also let this game down is, this system is a confusing and an irritating feature, especially if you didn't play the first game, as how you get NPCs to like you, like a lot of things in this game, was not fully explained. To be friends with someone though, you have to give them a gift, chat repeatedly and do them a favour and underneath is a long line of smaller hearts which I was unable to get to fill in my time playing and still have no idea what they even mean. You can choose to ignore these made up characters who spend their time either working or wandering aimlessly around town if you wish, but it will hurt your popularity. Having met several big name YouTuber's in my time in this industry, that couldn't be further from the truth. Second gripe and it's only a small one but this game has no voice acting at all and everyone you meet is either overtly friendly or rude with a lack of personality. This new manager welcomes you to town, and has already been in your home and left you the aforementioned drone, which you can name yourself. When you arrive in your area of choice, you are greeted by your new manager, Lucas, who subsequently lives in a broken down office block by the beach, which has floorboards missing, (I'm immediately getting bad vibes). However, despite my own selfish wants, the game is fun to look at. YouTuber's Life 2 is, like it's a predecessor, a simulation of a YouTuber in a gig economy, so Pokemon-ish would not have been the way I would have gone. It's not the fact I dislike this style of game, I've always been a big fan of Pokemon, nor is it the art style because visually it's well done but I would like to have seen graphics a bit more realistic or at least not take inspiration from another franchise. This game feels very pokemon-like and hit me as soon as I started playing. That isn't where the comparison ends as you have a drone that follows you around like Pikachu in Pokemon yellow. From the outset, the game is artistically similar to the newer Pokemon games on the Nintendo Switch, with bright colours and cartoonish characters.
